CASTOR/ERANDI OIL
Castor oil is a pale yellow vegetable oil that is extracted from the seeds of the castor plant, also known as Ricinus communis. It has a unique composition of fatty acids, including ricinoleic acid, which is responsible for most of its health benefits.
Castor oil has been used for centuries as a natural remedy for a wide range of conditions. It is commonly used as a laxative to relieve constipation, and is also believed to have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. Some people also use it topically to promote hair growth, relieve dry skin, and reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks.
Castor oil is generally considered safe for most people when used as directed. However, it can cause digestive discomfort or diarrhea if taken in large amounts, and should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding without the guidance of a healthcare professional.
